Windows 7

  • Go to the start menu and click on the control panel from this available list.

  • Select manager accounts option and tap over “Create a New Account”.

  • In the Create New Account screen, enter the name of a new account that you want to create.

  • To give the full access to the profile, select the account type as Administrator.

Windows 8/8.1/10

  • Point the mouse cursor at the corner edge of the screen and swipe in.

  • Click on the settings icon and then select change pc settings.

  • Tap on Accounts and select other accounts.

  • Click to add an account and click sign in without a Microsoft account.

  • Tap on Local Account and enter a user name for a new account.

  • If you want to secure this account with a password, enter and verify a password, select a password hint and click over ‘Next’ button.

  • If, in case the account is not an administrator account, follow the below instruction.

  • Press the Windows key with ‘I’ key on your keyboard to access the settings app.

  • Tap over Accounts and choose Family & other people.

  • Under other people category select the user account and tap change account type.

  • Now choose administrator from the drop menu and hit to the OK button to end this task.
